Earth Hour 2009 (28 Mar 09)

Had took a trip down to Marina Barrage to shot the moment of Earth.
Spent a few hours there for just a few shoots, some ppl might think I was crazy haha.
Anyway, that's the little thing which I can do, to support the world we live.
In short, I enjoy it a lot, and hope you enjoy this special moment as much as I do. Cheeeeeeers :p

Alson&Yong's ROM (21 Mar 09)

Alson was one of my senior colleague when I started my first job in Singapore.
He was one of the big brother among our team and always be our saver when we encountered some super troublesome user lol :p
Time really does fly, I still feel like everything just happened yesterday but in fact it was already a few years back...

Major revamp to my Computer

Quite a few days never update my blog here.
First of all, nothing special happened during the past few day.
More importantly, I'm a lazy person hahah

Anyway, had done some major revamp to my slightly older desktop
- Install a 320GB Hard Disk Drive to it
- Install an external mounting device for SATA HDD
- Transfer data from my super old computer

In short I am pretty satisfy to the end result now, but my room become super messy again haha.

Now I got about 500GB of free space available, think it should be able to last me for several months again (don't have to worry about the disk space issue). Why do I need so many disk space? Well, just a simple calculation - If I shoot a full day wedding event, I can easily finish 3 pieces of 8GB SD Card. That's about 24GB or more of disk space for a single event of shooting. So now you can imagine how fast I can finish 500GB of disk space lol :p

ps: tot of the special thing happened this few day, actually my car died on me yesterday lol. I spent two hours waiting for the engineer to come (under hot sun), and cost me about S$200 to replace the stupid battery. Anyway, no pain no gain, least I got a new battery on my Car now right hahaha what a lame excuse.

Attn Star: pls stop sending shooting star to bomb my car lol

The day event of Gabriel&Shirley's Wedding

Completion of Gabriel&Shirley Wedding

Well, it take much much longer time then I tot - the photo and the clip editing (although it is only the most basic one).
Be frank it is quite a painful process but I love it.
Besides, I would also like to thanks Shirley for willing to trust me and let me shoot her wedding lol haha.

Things to keep in mind for my next shooting...
- Bring extra T-Shirt - I forgotten how many bag of Tissue Paper I used due to sweat.
- Bring extra bottle of water - again due to sweat (I am a polar bear which only suitable to live in a cool environment lol)
- Bring extra Memory Card - I finished 2 pieces of 8MB SD Card (one card can take about 500pics), I remembered I even approached Shirley's brother to try my luck, turn out he only used CF Card lol :p So end up I was kept deleting pic while continue taking it.
- Surprisingly the Camera and Flash's battery which I worried most initially wasn't a problem. No matter how, I will always keep an extra of that.

Anyway, I will try to share out the clip soon, which summarize the whole wedding of G&S.
Hope that our lovely couple will love it :)

I need a Song!

Had finally finished the editing, but I need a song badly now!



Ps: from above pic, I guess you can understand how frustrated am I lol :p Actually I should said I do have some song, but it is either too short, or I can't find the MP3 version (changed my 3 years old PC to a 2 years old one a few days back, now it run slightly faster, but a lot of software got to reinstall again, what a sucker am I lol hahaha)

Not feeling good
